// My Story

From a young age, I was captivated by the worlds inside my family's computer. Games like the original Halo: Combat Evolved and the classic LEGO titles weren't just entertainment; they were intricate, living systems of art, sound, and logic that I felt an overwhelming urge to understand and deconstruct. This childhood curiosity was the spark that drove me to turn a lifelong passion into a focused, professional craft, underpinned by a deep inquiry into the core principles of user experience and collaborative development.

Before dedicating myself to building worlds, I mastered them as a top-tier competitor. In tournaments hosted by the British Esports Association, I competed at a T2, national level across England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland. Playing for the S6C team, I took on a hybrid role as head coach, analyst, and the team's second-best player, specializing in the Sentinel agent Chamber and the Controller Omen. I invested thousands of hours into the demanding ecosystem of esports, achieving the rank of Global Elite in CS2 and Ascendant 1 in Valorant. //soul

A soul isn't a mystical object, but the emergent signature of a complex system. It's the ghost in the machine, the sum of all data, experiences, and choices that creates a unique, irreducible pattern. A universe without it is just an empty simulation, a render without a purpose.

// My Dream Project

My ultimate goal is to bring "Project Evergarden" to life—a "Noble Dark" fantasy RPG that explores themes of loss, loneliness, and the search for meaning in a fractured world. It is a universe where medieval fantasy coexists with the haunting, often dangerous, remnants of a lost, hyper-advanced technological past, a world born from a cataclysm that shattered reality itself.

The game will balance the grim realities of a fallen world with moments of genuine hope, defiant joy, and earned heroism. The design is built upon deep, systemic gameplay where player choices have a tangible and lasting impact on the world state, its factions, and its inhabitants. My GDD for the project outlines a complex combat system with stance-switching mechanics, a robust magic system with elemental synergies and dynamic spell-crafting, and a character progression defined by nine core stats.

This will be combined with a rich, branching narrative and an unforgettable, atmospheric sound design that brings the world's unique biomes—from the surreal Crystal Oasis Desert with its giant mana gems to the charred, desolate Dead Forest of the World Tree—to vivid life. My vision is to blend the environmental storytelling, challenging deliberate combat, and intricate world design of a FromSoftware title with the narrative agency, deep character focus, and impactful choices of a classic BioWare RPG.

Outside of my university work and personal projects, I remain an avid Dungeons & Dragons player and Dungeon Master. homebrew content This love for tabletop RPGs constantly fuels my passion for world-building, systems design, and interactive storytelling. It's a practical laboratory where I can freely experiment with new mechanics, narrative structures, and player-driven stories—skills that directly translate back into my digital design work. I also still enjoy the strategic challenge of competitive esports, which keeps my understanding of player motivation, game balance, and high-level gameplay sharp and current.
